Hey, and welcome to this Rentibly how-to: the house guide. We'll write the instructions guests look up mid-stay, then build the guide they read from booking to check-out. Here's what we'll cover — the chapter times are right here, and in your player. Let's get started.
Some questions only come up mid-stay. How does the washing machine work? Where do the coffee pods go? That's what How things work is for — and look: it suggests instructions from the amenities we ticked earlier.
Tap Washing machine. Say where it is. Then the steps, one at a time: detergent in the left drawer, Eco forty for everyday loads, and the door unlocks a minute after it finishes. Show to guests is on. Save. One more — the coffee machine. On the kitchen counter. Fill the tank at the back, then pop in a pod and press the large cup. Save. And as the warning says: never put the WiFi password or door codes in here. Two instructions, ready. Guests see them through the house guide — so let's build that next.
The House Guide is what guests read during their stay — and it's hidden once they've checked out. Juniper Lofts starts from your account's standard guide: a welcome, the photos, what's here, and arriving and leaving. Those last three fill themselves in from the property, and the preview on the right shows exactly what a guest sees.
Now, what's only for this home. Add block. From the property: the How things work instructions we just wrote. The FAQ. And a map of where the home is.
You can write your own blocks, too — headings, text, images, buttons. Let's add a callout, for something guests shouldn't miss: where to park. One free space in the building's garage — the entrance is in the alley behind the building. Then, tick Show this guide to guests, and Save guide.
Guests find the guide in their guest portal from the day they book until the day after check-out. And Rentibly AI reads the blocks you write yourself, like this callout, so it can answer guests from them.
Thanks so much for watching! If you're already on Rentibly, open a home's House Guide, check the preview, and make sure it's switched on for guests. And if you're not on Rentibly yet, book a demo call, and we'll show you all of this, live.
Write the how-tos guests look up mid-stay, then build the house guide they read during their stay — with blocks that keep themselves up to date. Shown live on a real Rentibly workspace.
