Hey, and welcome to this overview of Rentibly Inquiries! I'll show you where every lead lands, how to find any of them in seconds — and then we'll work one together, from the first phone call all the way to a quote. Here's everything we'll cover. Every chapter's start time is right here, and in your player — so if you're after something specific, jump straight to it. Let's dive in.

Hey — welcome to Inquiries. This is where every lead lands, wherever it came from: your website, Airbnb, WhatsApp, a referral. Each row is one guest asking about one stay — with the dates, the source, where it's at, and who's on it.

Across the top, your pipeline at a glance. Unassigned — nobody's picked these up yet. Then New, Contacted, Quoted, Booked — and the ones that got away. Every tab tells you how many are sitting there.

Looking for someone? Search by name, email, phone or property. Andre Thompson — and there are all four of his inquiries. Every column filters — and they stack. Assigned to me… this week… nothing's waiting on me. And tags — hot, warm, cold — flag the ones worth chasing.

Prefer to see it as a board? Switch to Kanban, and every lead sits in its stage — Unassigned, New, Contacted, Quoted — so you can see at a glance where things are stuck. And it's not just guests. Owner Inquiries are property owners asking you to manage their place — with their own stages, all the way from first contact to a signed agreement.

Now let's open one up. Here's Andre. Everything about the lead sits on one panel: the stage, the priority, who it's assigned to — and the stay he's asking about, with his dates, his guests, and his budget. Notes are where the team talks about the lead. Jordan's already left one: flexible on dates, firm on budget. Related shows his whole history with you — every inquiry Andre has sent, with what he asked for each time. Handy when a guest comes back. Notifications lists every alert this lead has triggered — like a nudge when it's been sitting for a day with no action. And Timeline is the full record: every change, and who made it.

Now let's work a lead from start to finish. Say a guest phones you directly. Hit New Inquiry, and take her details — Olivia Bennett, her number, her email. Then what she's after: she found you on your website, she wants Palisade Heights 9C, Thursday to Monday, four guests, about three thousand dollars — and she'd love an early check-in. I'll flag it high priority. Create — and there she is, right at the top, marked New. Let's open her up.

First thing: someone needs to own it. Assign to me — and it's mine. Anyone you assign gets a heads-up straight away. I've called her back, so I'll mark her Contacted. See the stage change up top? And new buttons appear for what comes next.

Now a note for the team. And watch this — type an at sign, and you can mention a teammate. I'll ask Jordan to check the cleaning schedule. Add note… and Jordan gets notified. Need a reminder? Tasks are tied right to the lead. I'll set one to confirm the early check-in with housekeeping. Create Task — and there it is, waiting to be ticked off.

Now the good part. She wants a price — so Create Quote. And look: Rentibly's carried everything over — the property, the dates, her four guests — and it's already checked the place is free. From here you'd set the price and send it to her — that's its own tutorial. I'll head back to Olivia.

Not every lead books. If she goes quiet, mark it Lost — and Rentibly asks why: price, dates, a competitor… so you learn where you're losing people. Add a quick note, confirm — and she's marked Lost, with the reason kept on file. And if she comes back next week? One click — Re-open — and she's right back in your pipeline. And Timeline kept score the whole way: created, assigned, contacted, the note, lost, and re-opened — every step, with who did it and when. And that's Inquiries. Every lead in one place, a clear pipeline, and everything your team did, written down — so no guest ever slips through the cracks.

Thanks so much for watching! If you're already on Rentibly, open Inquiries and check your Unassigned tab — someone's waiting to hear from you. And if you're not on Rentibly yet, book a demo call, and we'll show you all of this, live.
