Hey, and welcome to this Rentibly how-to: changing a booking. Hannah's plans have changed — let's update her stay without losing anything she's already agreed. Here's what we'll cover — the chapter times are right here, and in your player. Let's get started. Plans change. Hannah's bringing a friend, and she'd like a ride from the airport.

Everything you can change sits behind Modify Booking: the dates, the number of guests, the guest it's linked to, the source, the cancellation policy — or moving the stay to another home.

Number of Guests: three adults now. As the note says, this doesn't re-price the stay — if more guests should cost more, add a charge. Save.

What if she wanted another night? Check-in / Check-out — move check-out to the twenty-first, and Preview changes. Rentibly checks the dates are free, and shows the price now beside the recalculated one. Keep current charges just moves the dates. Apply recalculated charges re-prices the stay — and as the note warns, anything you adjusted by hand can be lost. Here that's her cleaning and early check-in fees, so check before you apply. She's keeping four nights — Cancel.

Moving her to another home works the same way: pick the property, compare the prices, then keep or apply. Bookings that came in from a channel can't be moved here. We'll cancel that too.

Now the airport ride. On Financials: Add Charge. Pick Airport Transfer from your catalog — that tells Rentibly whether it's taxed and who the money goes to — and set the amount, eighty-five dollars. Then how to collect it: charge now, add a new installment, add it to her next one, or leave it open on her balance. We'll add it to her balance in November, so she pays it all together. Add charge. Done: the transfer's on her charges, the booking total has gone up, and her November installment has grown to cover it. Her quote and signed agreement stay exactly as they were.

Thanks so much for watching! If you're already on Rentibly, open any upcoming booking, press Modify Booking, and preview a change before you apply it. And if you're not on Rentibly yet, book a demo call, and we'll show you all of this, live.
