Web forms — Rentibly How-to

Hey, and welcome to this Rentibly how-to: web forms. Let's build a form that brings new owners straight into your pipeline. Here's what we'll cover — the chapter times are right here, and in your player. Let's get started.

Web forms turn visitors on your own website into leads in Rentibly. Settings, Data Management, Web Forms. Each form sends what it collects to one place: a new lead, a booking inquiry, or an owner inquiry. Let's build one for owners. New form. It opens with name, email, phone and message already in place. Name it — Owner enquiry, list your home — and give it a short web address.

Destination: Owner Inquiry — every submission becomes an owner lead in your pipeline. Choose a source for your reports, add tags, or a marketing list. And while we build it, untick Active, so nothing comes in yet. Save.

Back to Fields. Add a dropdown — Property type — and map it to the owner inquiry's property type: the right choices come with it. Then bedrooms, mapped the same way, at half width. Tick Required for anything you must have. Save.

Design makes it yours: a title, your brand colour on the button, its label, and the thank-you message. Spam protection is on by default. Save — and Preview shows it the way visitors will see it. The button doesn't submit here.

Embed gives you the code. Paste the inline snippet into any web page — or into a Custom HTML section on your Rentibly website. There's an iframe fallback, and a hosted link to share. It's switched off for now: when it's ready, tick Active on Destination, and Save.
