Hey, and welcome to this Rentibly how-to: vendor price lists. Let's tell Rentibly what our cleaners charge — so every job's cost is right without anyone looking it up. Here's what we'll cover — the chapter times are right here, and in your player. Let's get started. What each vendor charges you lives on the vendor themselves.
Open a vendor under Contacts — Crystal Clear Maids — and go to Pricelist. A price for each job type: here, their check-out clean is priced by the number of bedrooms.
They've started doing linen changes for us, so: Add price. The job type — Linen Change. Leave the property types empty and it covers every kind of home. Three ways to price: one flat rate per job, by bedroom, or by the hour. We'll go by bedroom. Thirty dollars for a studio, forty for one bedroom, fifty for two, sixty for three — and seventy-five for anything bigger. Save.
Need a different price for one particular home? Each row has property overrides, and an override always wins. Now watch the price do its job. Operations, New Operation. Pick the category, Housekeeping, then the type, Linen Change — the new type from our last film. And the home: Juniper Lofts, a two-bedroom. The title fills itself in from all three.
Assign it to a vendor: Crystal Clear Maids. And the cost fills itself in — fifty dollars, the two-bedroom rate, as the note underneath says. If one job's different, just type over it. When the job's completed, the owner is billed with the category's markup on top. We won't send them this job just now, so: Cancel.
Thanks so much for watching! If you're already on Rentibly, open each of your vendors, add their prices, and let job costs fill themselves in. And if you're not on Rentibly yet, book a demo call, and we'll show you all of this, live.
Record what each vendor charges — flat, per bedroom or hourly — and watch job costs fill themselves in when you assign the work. Shown live on a real Rentibly workspace.
